Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so without any penalty as long as the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@akbaritraders.com or +91 9510795152 with your order number and cancellation request. We will process your cancellation request promptly and confirm the cancellation via email. If your order is successfully canceled before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order. However, you may return the item(s) in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping charges will not be refunded. Once we receive the returned item(s) in their original condition, we will process your refund within 10-15 business days.
3. Cancellation of Customized or Personalized Orders
Orders for customized or personalized products cannot be canceled once they have been placed. These items are made to order based on your specific requirements, and as such, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds for these products. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before completing your purchase to ensure accuracy.
4. Cancellation Due to Unavailability
In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to the unavailability of a product. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the option to either receive a full refund or select an alternative product of equal value. 5. Cancellation by Akbari Traders
Akbari Traders reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders that are suspected of being fraudulent, orders with incorrect pricing due to typographical errors, or orders that violate our Terms & Conditions. If we cancel your order, we will notify you via email and provide a full refund to your original method of payment.
6. Refund Process
If your cancellation request is approved, we will initiate the refund process immediately. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that the processing time for the refund may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Typically, refunds take 7-10 business days to appear on your account statement.
