Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Please note that items such as customized products, perishable goods, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return Process

Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that the RAN is clearly marked on the return package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. We will guide you through the steps and ensure that your new item is shipped to you promptly. 5. Damaged or Defective Items

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please keep all original packaging materials, as they may be required for the return process.
